CCG offers daily volume, production fresh foods prepared by our talented culinary team, made up of chefs from all over the world. CCG offers a school lunch program, and also works with corporate partners to provide food for their daily needs. CCG provides freshly prepared produce products (chopped vegetables, etc.), gourmet prepared salads, delectable soups, specialty made products, pastries, and much more. CCG works with schools, corporate cafeterias, restaurants, and retail clientele.
CCG produces a wide variety of shelf-stable, gourmet food products including granolas, fruit & muesli bars, vinaigrettes, salsas, and more. Soon you will find our products at local retail partners.
CCG provides local produce from all-natural, pesticide free farms located in Southeast Boise. Our farms provide a soft-landing for at-risk refugee populations, and feed the community in a variety of ways. We sell produce to local customers through our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program, along with farm stands, and sales to our wholesale customers.
