Michelle is the Director of Government Affairs and Industry Relations at the New York Council on Problem Gambling, Inc. In 2001, she began her career in substance abuse prevention, focusing on community organization and education. In 2005, she developed and managed one of the first community-based problem gambling prevention programs in NYS.
Michelle joined the New York Council on Problem Gambling in 2007 where she’s worked to develop statewide systems for Problem Gambling prevention, training, supervision, outreach and education. Her current efforts focus on developing responsible gambling programs and improved service delivery across New York State.
