Connectedness – United, joined or linked. Having social or professional relationships.

Harmony – Agreement. Accord. A consistent, orderly, or pleasing arrangement of parts; congruity.
Fairness – Free from bias, dishonesty, or injustice. Marked by favoring conditions.

New – Of recent origin, production, purchase. Having but lately come or been brought into being. Of a kind now existing or appearing for the first time. Novel.
Heights – The highest part; top; apex; summit. The highest point; utmost degree.
Personal – Individual. Relating to, directed to, or intended for a particular self-conscious being.
Best – Of the highest quality, excellence, or standing. Most advantageous, suitable, or desirable.

Control – To exercise restraint or direction over. To hold in check.
Discipline – Training to act in accordance with rules. Activity, exercise, or a regimen that develops or improves a skill; training.

Self – A personal or thing referred to with respect to complete individuality. A person’s character or nature.
Esteem – To regard highly or favorable. To regard with respect or admiration. Favorable opinion or judgment.
