This comes from a list of the 100 Most Important Human Traits as printed in the Investor’s Business Daily Newspaper a few year’s back.

After listing each trait, I’m going to define the key words from each trait. Your task is to think about these traits and make the appropriate changes in your life to put them into place.

66. Listening objectively

Listening – To give attention with the ear. To pay attention; heed; obey.

Objectively – Not being influenced by personal feelings, interpretations, or prejudice; based on facts; unbiased.

67. Looking for opportunities to learn

Looking – Act of turning one’s attention or consideration. Act of turning one’s eyes toward something or in some direction in order to see.

Opportunity – Situation or condition favorable for attainment of a goal. A good position, chance, or prospect.

Learn – To acquire knowledge of or skill in by study, instruction, or experience. To become informed of or acquainted with.

68. Love

Love – Profoundly tender, passionate affectionate for someone or something. Affectionate concern for the well-being of others.

69. Loyalty

Loyalty – Faithfulness to commitments or obligations. Faithful adherence to someone or something, frequently a cause.

70. Managing conflict / stress

Managing – Act of bringing about or succeeding in accomplishing, sometimes despite difficulty or hardship. Act of handling, directing, governing, or controlling in action or use.

Conflict – To come into collision or disagreement. A fight; a contention; a struggle, a battle.

Stress – Physical, mental or emotional strain or tension. A situation, occurrence or factor causing such strain or tension.
